king khan was my favorite new find this year - wish i would have gone over to see them + jay reatard at the bottom lounge. ah well... ghostface & raekwon were also great - way better than public enemy. and dinosaur jr played "forget the swan" - total dork-out moment for me...

have to say - this is a festival that has its shit together. free sunscreen at the first aid tent, wood chips to alleviate the swampiness caused by saturday night's rainstorms, double tiered rows of portajohns, cheap food that doesn't suck. i'm really curious to see how lollapalooza stacks up...
