Today, I finally got hold of the dude renting out a half-double in the only remotely-interesting part of town to find out whether he accepted (or even reviewed) our application to live there, and it turns out that he has! We are due to sign the lease at 1pm on saturday and then we will have a place to move into.

This is more exciting than it may seem.
