wow. how else would someone that famous be able to "hide" that long. makes me wonder who he pissed off, to have his "cover" blown and turned over to the UN.

Imagine that. An accused war criminal in a war crimes tribunal alleging inhumane treatment and protesting the legitimacy of the court. One would be hard-pressed to find an historical precedent for that sort of thing.

However, as long as the death penalty is considered a legal outcome of these cases, I have to grudgingly agree that they do kinda have a point there.
