Sharks are beautiful animals. I would much rather die at the mouth of a shark than in some petty traffic accident. They are just evolutionarily amazing creatures.

I've fished regular fish for kicks plenty of times, so I guess I'd be a total hypocrite if I voted CRAP, assuming that the sharks aren't an endangered type.

It's pretty hard to not look like a tool while fishing for sharks I'd guess, but I also bet it's really, really fucking exciting. Really retarded, but really exciting.

This kind of 'sport' doesn't benefit anything, other than the person getting their rocks off by killing another creature and the owner of the boat they rented.
I understand the need to cull a population. I understand the need to protect produce and livestock. I can even understand the need for a hunting economy in Africa (which seems for the most part to be very well regulated), though it doesn't seem to be very sporting. But how do you justify this?
This is crap. Unregulated killing of sharks using boats and cranes, regardless of size or specimen.

Attempting to weigh the ecological crimes of governments around the world against each other is a fool's game. Particularly when one doesn't need to do that to know that sport-hunting sharks is foulness of the highest order.
