I would just let them talk. Just ask some general questions, like, "What was the impetus behind starting the band?" and "What were some memorable experiences you had in the early days?"

One question I would ask, among many, is whether or not they have found the master tapes for Kill From The Heart yet; the cuts that came from that album that were on the compilation 1980-1986 had to be mastered from vinyl, because no one could locate the original master tapes.

Also, I would just like to say that the Dicks were a band of absolutely towering quality at their best.

Yeah, it makes me wonder also what they might think of downloading given how hard it was for people to find their music for so long. Their stuff seems like it went out of print and became sought after quite early on after its initial release. Seems like at the time when the Mudhoney and Jesus Lizard covers were really getting people curious, those records (and the internet) were nowhere to be found.

When they're coming to Chicago. The Dicks (and to a lesser extent Sister Double Happiness) made some amazing music.
