it's not made out of chili, it's topped with chili. They are easy to make. 1 hot dog, 1 bun, 1 scoop of chili. Coney dogs are a little more complicated though I'm not sure about those.

Wait, this idea is brilliant. I would definitely eat a pork casing filled with chili. It would make the chili dog much less messy.
