Yup.

I watched a few minutes of Batman Returns last night. I'm amazed at how many people still prefer those goofy Burton movies to Nolan's work.

Never occurred to me and I even spoke to Nardwuar the same day I saw the movie (caught a matinee last weekend and then saw Nardwuar in the evening at the Les Savy Fav show). I don't see much resemblance, to be honest.

I loved this movie, absolutely LOVED it. It's the first 2+ hour movie I've ever seen that didn't have me checking my watch about halfway through. Ledger was fantastic as the Joker, basically redefined the role from what Nicholson did with it in the first movie. I loved his performance, but I loved Ledger's more. Too bad they were obviously keeping him alive for a repeat performance...

I apparently didn't look close enough to see any Bush/9-11 similarities, but next time I guess I will watch closer. I tend to turn off my mind while watching movies, because that's the entire reason I watch them. I think enough outside a movie theater.

I dunno Nardwuar. Based solely on that picture, I'm gonna keep not knowing him.

If you didn't enjoy this movie you should probably just stop watching movies altogether.
“As I have said before, the ever more sophisticated weapons piling up in the arsenals of the wealthiest and the mightiest can kill the illiterate, the ill, the poor and the hungry, but they cannot kill ignorance, illness, poverty or hunger.”

Not Crap at all. i saw it 3 times, twice for free. at first i hated to admit it, but Heath Ledger's Joker lived up to the hype. Bale's Batman-voice was really irritating at times. and i did cringe when Morgan Freeman showed up onscreen, but that's my problem i guess. he just seems to play the same character in every movie he's in. but so do lots of actors. sorry Mr. Freeman
