Operating system: OS X
2I'm a pretty big Linux advocate, and I really like what I've seen of OS X. In fact, I'd guess that most linux users are pretty jealous of OS X. Definately not crap.

3i've only recently started using osX since most of my programs run is os9, but from what i've seen, i've liked...its kind of like windows xp, except not retarded...also, it utilizes my stellar dual 1.25GHz Processor...hell yes.

4Totally Not Crap. Waaaaay more stable than 9, and with Fink installed, I can compile *nix source code. Plus Xcode is a really nice development environment, and I've already ported some VSTs from 9 and Windows to OS X. It's a bonus being able to run a test server right here on the laptop. And I really like having command-line access.

6not crap
now anything pre i may have to think about a bit harder
all I can say is the the kernel makes the OS
this is coming from a non mac user mind you
so high praise to mac from this *nix / win user

7Not crap. Those switcher ads are annoying, yet I must confess that OS X got me on the mac. Been stable for years now! IM SO HAPPY I COULD SHIT.

9I'd like to see them incorporate a slightly better package system, like Gentoo's portage tree, but otherwise I cannot find a fault with these OsX's. It seems basically to be BSD with an X server that does not suck one bit. I am in favor.

10i'm guessing *this* flash animation pretty well sums up OSX, as compared to WinXP anyways. does this pretty much nail how y'all feel about it?
