Bands that put classic rock into different genres?
1Anybody got any suggestions for something like this? Best examples I can think of are Singer and Harvey Milk. Can't get enough of this stuff.

5I'd say The Arcade Fire fits into that category. Though lots of people around here don't seem to like them, I think they're OK.
Royal Trux were good at making traditional "classic rock"-style songs that also had some great elements of noise and slop to them.

Yeah, I think the problem for me is I don't get what the other genres are. Chrisc, what genres are Singer and Harvey Milk in? And what bands would you consider to be classic rock?
