I was in "South Pacific." It was fun.
The last musical I saw was "Mamma Mia." It was a difficult experience.
Reliable sources said "The Producers" was good. I wasn't about to spend $300 on a musical, though.
In musical, NOT CRAP.
Watching musical, CRAP.

American musical theatre is woven into our history. From George Cohan to Show Boat to Rent, there's a rich tradition and a lot of talent in the form.
I mean really...Gershwin? Bernstein? Sondheim? Hammerstein? All crap?
Please.

25Not my thing most of the time, but I've been known to enjoy the occasional stage musical. Not into the film adaptations.
No matter how much you may like musicals, spending any amount of time around theater people will make you HATE, HATE them. How about conversing with me speaking in normal sentences, not singing lines from Weber tunes at me.

Exceptions prove the rule on this one.
Musicals suck.
Which exceptions?
This is one of the few times I've disagreed with your musical taste, so I'd like to see what makes it crap for you.
Life...life...I know it's got its ups and downs.
