I want to be in charge of a wetland restoration project in the New Orleans area, but that probably won't happen since it requires that I continue my schooling and I will shoot myself if I have to take organic chemistry.

I would like to own a specialty sausage shop in the Bay Area but I don't think that I want to live here for the rest of my life.

Mostly, I want to be a farmer or own a greenhouse. I had a terrific conversation this past week about the lifespan of asparagus varieties and how purple passion tends to produce into the autumn months if kept properly trimmed.

I'd also like to work or the U.N. and teach sustainable agriculture and forestry in Africa.

I work with about fifteen of them.

If I could just play music and make a decent living off of it, it would be perfect. Not like a HUGE band or anything, just play music or record music or write songs for people. Just playing an instrument and being able to live off of it sounds wonderful to me.
