Chicago has the finest system of taco distribution east of the Rockies, but I have yet to have a decent fish one here. sometimes I have to admit that I am about as far from the ocean as I can be.

We make 'em on the grill (catfish, talapia, shark, any white fish) and put them on corn tortillas with shreaded cabbage, cheese (Jack) and a 50/50 mixture of Hot salsa and Ranch dressing (America Sauce)

I will go on record that I would rather have good fish tacos than good tacos of any other kind, at any time.
