Actually we all left Chicago and are now living up and down the west coast between Canada and Mexico. We "accidently" burnt the barn down, collected the insurance and then sold the land to some developers.

I recently moved to LA. I was born in and grew up in Chicago and spent most of the '90's in Boston.

Neither Los Angeles nor Chicago is the correct answer. The correct answer is Washington, DC.

Well, I'm from the east coast so if I'm loopy, I'm not LA loopy.

It has awesome people and some awesome history. I didnt believe it when I moved here but I'm slowly changing my mind. "World Renowned" mostly b/c people glean info from movies and tabloids. You spent a summer here with that attitude, looked for the evidence to support it and found it easily I'm sure.

LA's has more than it's share of douche but these bags are tame compared to the one's I've dealt with in the North East. No comparison. Not even close.
