Only able to watch the text scroll on the BBC site. If my computer at home had sound I would probably sign up for Hearts' audio commentary service. As it is I have to rely on the streaming sites, which usually only carry Old Firm games. If you know of a better way to follow Hearts online I'd sure appreciate a PM.

I can see Dundee United or maybe Motherwell pushing Rangers for second. Rangers will win most of their home games, of course, but I think that between them and Celtic there might be a target on Rangers' backs when they travel this year.

You are right about that so far. Thank you for the nice welcome. I'm not yet well informed enough about many players to join in the FPL. I'm going to watch as much as I can this season and will be ready to put myself in the game next.

Sir, I would suggest there is no better way to learn about the FPL than by playing in the Fantasy League. As a Leeds fan I couldn't really give a toss about much of what goes on in the top division but having to select a team every week makes me take an interest. It's free and you can learn as you go along. And we need more teams!

Seriously, join up man. I haven't played FF since I was 12 and the scoring etc is way more involved and complicated now. Just pick a team and have a laugh.

i just signed up to the league of slackers - i'm excited, having never done fantasy football before (except for the recurring dream where i play the sean bean role in When Saturday Comes).
I also saw a bit of that masters game on t.v., because it was at bramall lane. i wanted to see how Bryan Robson's presence would go down, and was gratified to hear him getting booed every time he got the ball - right til the end of the match! Hooray for the blades and their refusal to let a grudge go. I was non-gratified to see that one of the German players was younger than me.
I think the Blades are going to go well this season. I saw the match on Saturday, and thought the defence was looking really good, totally solid until the 93rd minute...

I would be concerned by Kevin Blackwell's post match interview if I were you: "I don't know what to say, and if I said what I wanted to say, I'd get in trouble." If I had a pound for every time he said that at Leeds... I still rate him as a manager, but his reliance on certain stock phrases and tactics doesn't inspire. It was like watching O'Leary at Aston Villa when he kept going on about his young squad ("babies looking after babies") and 'learning' as if he was still at Leeds circa 1999.

hi daniel out of DRC. I know what you mean about tactics; I was disturbed that there was too much by passing the mid field by the defenders - they can actually play football, but weren't given the chance. It's reminiscent of Warnock's teams, but i don't care that much. I just want them to be honest and sincere, and put some effort in. That's what a proper united side should be like.

And you're not at all bothered that Wednesday scored seventeen goals in the first thirty seconds of the season on Saturday?
