4I actually sought out the first 4 Sabbath CDs on CD gatefold, in part because they had the best mastering but also cause they replicated the vinyl jackets. Mainly cause you can't find original pressings of these LPs without a vomit-caked roach in the inner with a record that looks like it was used as a cookie sheet.
Not Crap. All the petroleum and irritation saved if the industry standard had been gatefolds instead of jewel cases.
Anyone ever buy any of the Independent Project stuff? Fiddly packaging but really beautiful printing on various envelopes and folios.

I was at an electonics trade show a few years ago and they had on display just that, a record lathe that hooked up to your computer and you could put your MP3's on vinyl.
I wanted one, but they were gonna be 10 grand. I don't know if they ever started selling them or not.

If I had 10 grand I would right now be releasing 3 double LP's a week.
