I wouldn't want the guy to be president even if he had a chance.

I don't see why people get pissed at Nader when the problem is with the first past the post electoral system. How the fuck is it democracy if your vote only matters if you vote for one of the popular parties? If I was an American, I'd have voted for him just to add to his supporters count. It would do more good than voting for the Republicans or Democrats.
