I host a podcast that "airs" every Sunday morning. We record every Saturday afternoon. We try to keep it between 30 and 45 minutes and we try to adhere to a format:
1/3 = Politics / News (local, global)
2/3 = Bullshitting
3/3 = Music (gear, records)
All you would have to do is have a phone and be free for 30 to 45 minutes on a Saturday. I can set mine on speaker and mic it, unless you can record MP3s @ 64kbps so I can mix it to sound like we're in the same room.
