You spent the night and now the early morning rays have woken you up.What's your exit strategy? Do you just get the hell out of there ASAP? Do you wait around for a bit in the morning? Do you stick around for the better half of the day?

"I have to be somewhere at 11 AM. Do you want to get breakfast or should I let you sleep in?"

I would agree with iembalm. That's not unreasonable or offensive sounding to my sensibilities.
Also, if you have shit to do in the morning, leaving a note (with your number, of course) on the night stand with an apology for leaving and a request to meet again seems to work in the movies. I say that only because I've only been involved in two one night stands, and both times neither I or the other party wanted to hang around much after the deed was done. A cigarette and a goodbye and no calls the next day.

If it is someone I'd rather not see again...I hate to admit it, but the fake number. Leave a nice note, get the hell out of there. This doesn't work if you have had a prior relationship with the person, in which case it is the nice note that firmly states I'd rather this remain a one night thing. I figure it's best to be honest.

Also, in very rare instances, the immediate post-coital split seems to work. The roll off and roll out.
