not crap.

The Eatin' Dust EP is the only thing they ever did that sounded like what (I think) they're going for. It was also the only thing they recorded for the Man's Ruin label, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Anyway, for that EP alone, NC.

I can't believe this poll is 54/45. WTF?

NC, zero waffles despite the vocals. There is an itch only Fu Manchu can scratch. Pretty much everything they did with Brant Bjork on drums is great (not that the new guy isn't fine himself), especially The Action Is Go and In Search Of.... Those records pour fun out of your speakers. And they are a total kick in the pants live.

I concur with Mr. Webb, yes.

Not Crap.
Animals are something invented by plants to move seeds around. An extremely yang solution to a peculiar problem which they faced. T. Mckenna

Brant's a monster drummer. Love him on "King of the Road."

"In Search Of" has another drummer. If Fu only had one album that one should be it. It's not my favorite record of theirs, but i think it's the only one that's great in and of itself.

I think these guys are outstanding.
