As stupid as that story sounds, I have a friend whose twelve-year-old son got turned on to Motorhead (one of his dad's all time fave bands) because "Ace Of Spades" was used in Guitar Hero. If some kid is listening to Motorhead instead of Linkin Park thanks to Guitar Hero, the dumb-ass game can't be all bad.

But any parents who let their kid quit school to play the damn thing for a living deserve to get whooped upside the head.
