Whoever the fuck designed/directed/pitched this commercial has a radically different idea of what is sexy than I do. Which is fine, of course. Unless really lame, like this is. Maybe the point is unease, but I doubt it. It's really lame.

I think I hate this person. I think it is a very small man who drives a yellow Hummer. He talks too much and has a voice that is both high-pitched and whiny. He self-defines as a sensualist, but is simply a creep. The kind of fellow that will wax on and on about how sandwiches are sexy to a waitress who just wants to take his fucking order. He is the hero of the three recent art-school grads (y'know, the virgin guys who moonlighted doing feminist slam poetry) who worked themselves to death on the project cause the other people on the team know the douche at the top is a hack. I'd almost put money on there being some Jeff Koons book in the creative director's office.

funny, I had my friend give me the same reaction when I showed her the ad. she pointed out that granted, they don't do strip teases in Fantasia, but you have lots of animals/furries shacking up in that film.

It may well be that Disney is the bigger inspiration for this than Furries, although I suspect a lot of Furries are big Disney fans.
