Yep, this thread is great. I'll have to check-out the Classic heads they reissued. Never had another piece of electrical equipment that seemed to work better the more beer you spilled in it. Definitely the perfect rock amp as it doubles as a coaster/drink spill catcher.

After I blew up my upteenth amp, a friend of mine who never touched an instrument in his life said, "I have an amp you can have." He just gave it to me; it was a Rage 15B.
I like the sound of it better through the headphones then through the speaker so when I record with it, I plug in the headphones, stuff them in a coffee can with a mic and it sounds decent.
You could do better, you could also do a lot worse.

I have a Peavey 2x15 amp that I really like. The speakers I have in it (200 watt Black Widow/Altec 421) seem a little under powered for the YBA-3, but it sounds good at appropriate volumes.

The logo was taken off pretty quickly, though.
