I am cancelling my Virgin Media Phone, broadband and TV package today. The service is abysmal (internet cuts off for 5 minutes of every hour) and the customer service is worse (I have been trying to explain the problem to various call centre employees for 12 months now). I am signing up with Sky. I don't feel very good about my decision. I look at a picture of Rupert: I feel even worse about my decision. I look at a picture of Branson: I feel better about my decision.
