I'd be curious to hear how others weigh in on the topic. "Taco Riff" is a term used to describe a metal riff that is both incredibly heavy and gleefully decadent. So no Khanate or Cheap Trick.
Until I'm proven otherwise, I'm going with the "chorus" riff on Electric Wizard's "Dopethrone".
Second place considerations -
"Metamphetamine" by Eyehategod.
"SRT" by Fudge Tunnel
"Blacktop" by Helmet
What do you think?

3I'll go with Napalm Death's whole catalog. They belted out some outstandingly heavy and decadent riffs. How could they not?, the guitarist uses a twelve-string sometimes.

It's the only way I'll be able to achieve the sound I hear in my head.

4High On Fire's "Razor Hoof"
Om's "On The Mountain At Dawn"
Bathory's "Call From The Grave"
Earth's "Coda Maestroso in F (Flat Minor)"
Mastodon's "Iron Tusk" (I almost typed Iron Tush)
Any Voivoid riff
Pretty much any Emperor riff
and that one track from Darkthrone's Transylvanian Hunger album that sounds really off-kilter, yet happy.

There's a "super duper" easy answer to this question, but, really, the guy stole this riff from Irving Berlin, who likely stole it from someone else.
Now you will please excuse me while I wash the hog semen of the 1980s from my face and torso.

10We were driving back from Portland this afternoon, and had the new Cartographer record playing in the van. During the last minute of "Evil D," I look over at Chris and then back at the road."Taco Riff.""Totally."
