The majority of my records aren't that old/scratched/dirty etc, (1 month to 30 years old) so would you still suggest I buy a VPI? In this case, is this machine of good quality for the price? http://www.ebay.com/itm/VPI-HW16-5-Reco ... 405wt\_1344At the moment I use a carbon fiber brush, but no cleaning solution. This tends to move the dust to another part of the record, which I then try to remove with a felt cloth, by blowing hard, or in extreme cases using a can of compressed air (which I want to avoid doing). Is cleaning solution and a felt cloth a better idea? Or, would this stanton product work? http://www.amazon.com/Stanton-Magnetics ... 591&sr=8-6 I must live in the dustiest house in NYC (despite continually cleaning it), and so I seem to be brushing dust off my records every time I to play them. How often should I clean the records, and if I do it before and after each use, will this cause sufficient wear to the grooves? Thanks,D
