It was really really good.I thought the Vincent Van Gogh sequence in Dreams was pretty silly, although Martin Scorsese in a Kurosawa film is preferable to Richard Gere passing off as half Asian in Kurosawa's subsequent effort Rhapsody in August. Ran was his last great one.

Since I'm watching it with the wife it's really hard to find time that we can both watch the show together, so we're stuck only getting to 2-3 episodes a week. Despite what FOX news will have you believe, being a teacher is not a part-time job!
