It barely even had any stick marks (until I used it at our show last night, that is). I'm definitely not used to such a crashable ride, it's nice. Next up- new heads on EVERYTHING (especially snare). This is where I have absolutely zero experience.

135which cymbals you get depend on so many factors and this probably has already been said (weeding through 7 pages of replies is a bit tedious, sorry if i am repeating anybody). do you beat the hell out of your drums and cymbals or are you more of a finesse player? how much are you willing to spend? are you just going to gig with them or use them on recordings also?all of those things can play a role in which cymbals are right for you and what i would recommend.i personally use paiste cymbals as of now. for about 15 years, my set-up has rotated through the major manufacturers (zildjian, sabian, paiste) and i get this feeling paiste will be it for me. they sound incredible to me and just feel right when i play them. mmm, swiss manufacturing...

Please understand that you're the only one who didn't weed through 7 pages of replies. What you call "tedious", we call "a forum filled with information."Also, it seems you have accidentally failed to answer any questions, so you may wish to try again.
