The LP rips. I was blasting it the other night while my buddy and I were having some drinks. Dude was way into it, and for good reason.The artwork is really fucking cool too.

I held off listening to ALTO! since I wanted to hear/see them live first and I knew they'd be coming down to San Francisco soon. They absolutely killed it at the Hemlock last night...intense hypnotic rhythms with guitar weaving in and out, alternating between sparsely melodic and crushing distortion throughout. It sounded phenomenal. The Boz Scaggs cover of Lowdown was a little weird but maybe that's just me (never been a big Boz fan myself). Enjoying the LP with coffee this morning. Check this band out folks, it's great stuff.
