I made this tonight:1-1/4 oz Rye (Templeton)3/4 oz St Germain1/4 tsp. Green ChartreuseStir with ice and strain into old fashioned glass with a couple of cubes. Top with sparkling apple cider. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.Thinking of calling it a 'Haute Alps Sidecar'.You can also use Pear Brandy in place of the rye.
