Not a steal by any means - but it was a dreary Sunday and decided to Treat Yo(my)Self!Good shape for vintage and sounds great. SE 6V6, 12AX7, 5Y3 champ-like set-up but rated at 8? watts with much more headroom - really doesn't break up until the end. Best part was being able to get it in the door and up the stairs under a jacket with no notice from the Mrs!Hey wow! That looks marvellous : ) Put up a soundclip sometime so that we may drool some more....

Picked this up for $150 in the GC used pile. Late 70's I think Rickenbacker TR25Sounds great for SS with a really fun tremolo and reverb on board which work perfect. Doesn't get super crunchy - and doesn't sound super terrible when cranked! 12 unmarked with square magnet?Anyone ever come across one of these?

Had a 1972 Twin Reverb. It was nice clean, reverb sounded good, not much else to say. Then I bought a cheap China-made clone of a Peavey Classic 30 (albeit tweaked to the spec of the local importer) off Gumtree (Craigslist equivalent) and fell in love. Goodbye Twin (sold for $1800, this being Australia). Hello Strauss SV-CL30, cost me $250. Haven't looked back for a second.WTF sideways.
