Hey all-I'm getting ready to submit some orders to Archer pressing in the next month or so to release some 7" vinyl. I used to do cassette releases when I was young and virile, and want to return to releasing music now that I am old (40) and things ache more. In doing the math on this, and with having a goal of breaking even, I'm trying to reduce my per unit cost, and also do some screenprinting at home to make the releases more personal. Anyone interested in going in on buying a bulk of blank covers or other supplies? I'm leaning towards kraft paper (easy to screen onto) but could be persuaded otherwise. I have access to mail services through work, and could easily breakup a bulk shipment and send it out to you for low or no shipping costs. Just curious- any takers?And BTW, Carl @ Saff Mastering has been super awesome in helping me sort out the steps. Big shout out.
