Pass-through RJ45 tools

Since we're doing http://www.electricalaudio.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=68474Can anyone recommend a pass through RJ45 terminator tool that isn't a total piece of shit and actually cuts the wires? I'm willfully walking in to this and both the connectors and tools stink.

Have both. First one is not a pass-through tool and the second one is just a stripper. Good looking out, though.
