I'm at the same weight I was at last year at this time. Which wouldn't be that bad if not for the fact it means I'm well into the obesity part of the BMI charts, fuuuuuuu (but I do know it doesn't take muscles into account). I've been working out in the evenings for the past month or so, so I'm going to continue that (the weather currently makes cycling on longer distances rather hard). I'm trying outs variations of various stuff people recommend on youtube, the 10 minutes works out which leave you dead are fun and I take elements from them but I need to figure out numbers of rets / rest time to be able to do stuff for an hour or so.Damn it, food and alcohol, why do I like you so much.

my 29 inch waist skinny jeans are falling down. i may have to go down to 28's. 21 bmi for several years now. i turn 46 at the end of the month. i've never been in anywhere near this kind of shape in my life.here's how this works: all vitamins and minerals come from the sun (vitamin d), the earth (minerals), or the organisms living in the soil (plants). any nutrient that comes from an animal, got there by the animal consuming plants. and animals don't just store nutrients, they put them to work, as do we. all animal foods are calorie dense/nutrient poor. also, since you're getting these nutrients second hand, they are inferior forms that cause all sorts of problems. you will always be hungry when eating animal foods because you cannot possibly meet your nutrient requirements with animal foods. when you eat whole plant foods it is nearly impossible to over consume calories (unless you are just pounding nuts) and you have a much better shot at meeting nutritional requirements. this ap is great:https://nutritionfacts.org/daily-dozen-challenge/

I'm not gonna fast through 16 hours to get 8 hours of food, or fast 20 hours which is completely moronic, but I'm gonna spread my meals through 10 or maybe 11 hours and sleep 8 and that leaves me just around not eating right after I wake up and eating at least 2 hours before I go to bed.sidenote: Dr. Rhonda is hawt.Ok I saw this and the Alex Smith article so I got the Zero app. I definitely see how this could lead to overeating but I already do that ...Bummer folks are so quick to dismiss this... Intermittent fasting or time restricted eating is awesome. In conjunction with a ketogenic diet I've lost over 10lbs in about 2 weeks and feel great. It's super easy. There are plenty of other benefits besides weight loss as well. My usual mental fogginess seems to be mostly gone...
