I think the designers subconscious got the better of him like this architect.phpBB [media]That telecaster guitar I guess uses impulse tones from other acoustics to convert what you are playing to have different tones so the guitar itself is used more like a controller. Different but I don't know why you could not just add this to a regular telecaster for you country music players. But plus points on trying something new.

That's cool I didn't realize he had that as well - he worked on some electric stuff at Taylor so I see the similarities there tooi'm.... not sure the Acoustasonic had me in mind when they made it
