Peavey T-40 thread

P-bass placement.) Single coil mode selected the bridge coil which I thought sounded thin, so I flipped it around. A little better. It looks like some wiring work was done before my time so I'm wondering what the stock setting is (bridge coil vs. neck coil.)

Thanks FM weezy!Correct if wrong but it looks like the coil between the red and black leads grounds out so if the schematic orientation matches the physical then the neck coil stays on. I think I prefer it that way anyway regardless of how it's supposed to be. I really like the feel of the bass, the infamous weight is a non-issue so far. Maybe I should keep my eyes open for a matching black/maple T-40....
