Pro. Low dose of sublingual with a small but non-zero amount of indica-based THC is really good for sleep. No real high, no aftereffect.The non-THC stuff still works, though, if you get it from someplace who can be sort of trusted to have reasonable stock.

General rule of thumb, if they sell hookahs and stuff, maybe best to avoid and go someplace that just sells CBD products.Dispensaries have different stuff depending on the place, and stock varies a lot in general. You need a medical card to get in there. Suffice to say you can contact a dispensary and they'll let you know what to do.

My wife works at an elementary school, my daughter goes to a different elementary school and my son is in daycare so we get everything that goes around here. I had one cold or another for the better part of last winter and was taking CBD oil daily so at least for me, it doesn't do anything in that department.
