I wasn't able to submit a request for more information due to my building being built before 1995 (I think it was built in the early 1900s) as it looks like most buildings prior to '95 don't have proper network cabling--but I think any other internet option will require some additional setup regardless so I'll probably give them a call. I was able to submit a request to SilverIP so I'll see how that goes. If the other tenants of my building are paying anywhere near what we're paying for Comcast currently, an new internet option costing up to $40/month would still save us collectively $2000 a month.

Ach, I didn t even think about that. Our building was finished in 2007. Hope you can find an alternative!
