I don't know who it's by (they all sound the same to me), and the best description I can give is this guy really wants EON to hear this so he can do the intro to a Bond film, but whatever he's singing, he doesn't enunciate very well, so it sounds like:Hey!Gimmie a, gimmie a burrito!Burrito!So I just think of it as a very long Taco Bell advertisement, giggle, and go on with my day.
