Was that first week of 8/16 fasting a hard adjustment? I keep looking at IF, but that nighttime snack is tough to give up. You going to bed feeling hungry?
It was hard. It goes against my natural schedule but I got used to it. I was hungry going to bed for a few days. What's really hard is maintaining it. It requires constant discipline and a strict schedule because if I just let it go I go back to that late night eating schedule and hours and hours between meals instead of packing it all into the 8. I now work 8-5 M-F for the first time ever for the last 10 months and this has helped keep my schedule. It's when I go on vacation that I slip, especially when I went out of town last week. I wasn't home so didn't have my food on my normal work schedule so I just ate when I could at wherever looked good, including late night snacks.

Worked from home for several months. Grew a beard (that I figured I would hate) that I don't hate. Got back into playing guitar, but didn't play nearly as much as I would have liked. I really want to start playing music with other human beings again! Worked out more, but (again) not nearly as much as I would have liked. Got some more voice acting gigs. This year has (so far) been pretty busy on the VO front. And built this huge-ass deck off the back of my house. Still have some details to finish on that thing, but I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Helped manage and operate one of the small handful (3 tops at any one time) of outreach services for homeless / vulnerable people that stayed open for the entire lockdown in central London.

During our peak last summer we took it outside and fed 150 for breakfast and 180 for lunch, 6 days a week. Long days, constant confrontation, useless police / local council. I learned a lot.

WOW, so much to unpack.

Lost my job, had to sue the company for wrongful termination.
Got COVID and lost my mind in those two weeks that I had to isolate.
Gotten in a really unhealthy relationship with a lady that really did a number on me.
Found a shitty job that I hated doing and paid me nothing.
Started dating other girls during that "unhealthy relationship" trying to escape from it.
Was without any income for 9 months, I have no idea how I survived.
Started drinking every other day or so, felt like I'm losing my mind in the process.
Started feeling really depressed and anxious in the process.
Ditched the lady as it was basically touch and go for me there.
Found a really good job in the process. Stopped drinking.
Scheduled a gallstone removing surgery, that is in a month's time.
Started making music again, with the old drummer.

It could've been worse. I hope it doesn't.

SALUTE TO YOU ALL!!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!
Nothing major here. Just a regular EU cock. I pull it out and there is beans all over my penis. Bean shells all over my penis...
