i love hedonism and new technology because look how open the world is becoming people deserve pleasure to be reached to all corners of this round earth lol

but there's a fun way and then theres an addictive way and but also a classy and a romantic way of doing things.. technology may become your master if you do not first make it your butler.. for me, technology is my ensign for technology is never the true experience and can only gather tips of icebergs in digital description and life that is not

tinder is slutty hookups.. finding a mate is all about scent and how you communicate and maybe you find that along the way but in the future tinder and dating and sex apps will be casual like ordering pizza .. there's something so bad about that but if it's done good could be good but not without God involved you have to have morals not this creative bs relativism of redefining the world to bend to your own morals so that you can be considered good oh baby it's true good and true bad and any fancy Ben wan infinite truths you wan from pretend else exist they are all excuses dancing around what we deeply feel is moral good and you know it within yourself because it's like the light side of the force that connects us all so there's no arguing with nature itself on her own rules lol ain't no rest for the wicked that's why mother nature never takes a day off lol

+J

p.s. addiction redefined for our own lives is like moderation in everything so if you notice you take too many showers or go through alot of gummy bears then some stuff you have to simply say is not for you even if it does no harm to others like have fun and play but do it outside in the light of day unafraid of what others will say because you can back yourself up confidently in your behavior and share your lifestyle beliefs .. actions you would hide publicly should be done on a regular moderate schedule to be healthy and anything obsessive beyond that needs balance

balance yourself and you live a life of pleasures that are consistent like waves on the ocean

Like I wrote above, one of the textbook components of addiction is that it has a detrimental effect on one's life. If hooking up every couple of weeks doesn't prove detrimental in any way, then is it addiction? Now if it's all you think about and you stop going to work, being social with actual friends, &c, then sure.
From a DSM-V standpoint, one of the criteria of any disorder is always going to be "clinically significant distress" or impairment in "social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning," so if it's not causing either, you'd be hard pressed to write a diagnosis. Obviously, the evidence for impairment might be external to how the person feels about it.

Yes. Very important.
numerous studies have shown that biochemistry between couples often involves the role of pheromones. certain people are attracted to certain scents. for example, a swiss study asked 50 women to smell tee shirts worn by a variety of men and asked them if they thought the scent was pleasant or not. overall, the women were more likely to prefer the scent of men with dissimilar MHC genes coding for pheromone scent. in fact, that scent tended to remind them of their boyfriends, both past and present. the study was possible proof of the old adage that opposites attract.
genetic details like pheromones and MHC genes will be the future of dating apps to render likely matchmaking it's a numbers game that will acknowledge phenomena because it is measurable

I'm not really proud of my accomplishments.

I've recorded a few albums in a studio years ago, and while I was happy with how the songs turned out initially, I now don't feel any sense of accomplishment.

I want to re-record some of them, but I'm worried I'll end up not liking the results, or not feeling like I achieved anything.

Anyone else have this 'not proud of accomplishments' feeling?
"Whatever happened to that album?"
"I broke it, remember? I threw it against the wall and it like, shattered."

We went to one of our regular bars last night for a friend's birthday. When we were out on the patio it was fine and i was doing ok with conversing with people, but then when the patio closed and people needed to go inside, we knew we were going to leave because Milwaukee is now strongly recommending everyone to mask up inside, and we knew we weren't going to be fully comfortable being in there. While we were inside we ran into a few people we hadn't seen since COVID started and BOY, my conversation skills just tanked. Now i'm afraid i have completely forgotten how to talk to people in a bar scenario. Like, i'm still a little wigged out over it. "Hi, how ya been? Existential dread nonstop? Me too! Boy, this is weird being in here, right? OK, well, we're leaving, bye."

Cool. Cool cool cool.
