You just described Starlink. To see it again, here's a useful link - https://findstarlink.com/.
We saw them too. Supposedly they'll become fainter as they move to a higher orbit. Before looking them up online I thought they must be military helicopters because they were so evenly spaced, though they seemed too high up and were silent.
They were pissing off astronomers, so SpaceX now orients the solar panels in a direction where they don't reflect so much light back. It takes a few days after launch to get it done, sometimes longer. After that you usually just see one satellite per train. They are still all going overhead but most of them aren't reflecting light back.

They are also experimenting with non-reflective paint. There's already a shit ton of them up there, beaming the internets down to earth. They launch more every few weeks and will continue to do so until Elon Musk is God Emperor of the planet Earth ...

Or until there's enough of them to provide everyone with Satellite Internet, whichever comes first.

He may actually want to be Emperor of Mars https://spacenews.com/op-ed-no-mars-is- ... acex-says/ , though I suspect he'll get fired by his stockholders after tweeting something dumb in reaction to a fatal accident on one of his rockets.

I've been doing some long exposure astrophotography over the past year.

This is approx 20 stacked 3min exposures over the course of one night on the Pinwheel Galaxy. It's a fucking highway of satellites up there.

China is about to deploy their own Starlink system as well as a new station in the next couple years.

We are well on our way to a Kessler Syndrome situation.

Yes. Unless we develop an efficient, safe way to snatch defunct satellites and space junk out of orbit, and/or put some sort of regulations in place for dividing up/limiting "real estate" in space, it could become a huge issue. It would definitely impede lunar/Martian expansion/eventual asteroid mining/etc., but it could also throw a wrench in the pre-existing global economy.

Debris too small to track just hit the space station.

Took a chance and dropped a fin on a documentary that heads have been pretty geeked-on lately. Convincing, entertaining, thorough, and grave enough to make the most obdurate skeptic wonder. During the last chapter they focus on a 1994 case featuring contact with a group of grade-school children in Zimbabwe; revisiting them twenty-six years later. I wonder if visitations are really future humans projecting holographic images of what we expect an alien lifeform to resemble. Something to consider.

June 25th, next Friday--that's about when they say the report will be issued.

Will be watching. But while truth is sometimes stranger than fiction, in my experience the reality of situations usually tends to be more mundane, if not disappointing. Like finding out you're the beneficiary of a high-profile class action lawsuit but will be receiving a grand total of 89 cents for your troubles.

Am quite curious about UFOs/extraterrestrial life/the universe/multiverse, have spent hours and hours mulling these things over, and even incorporated them into my last major project in a non-trivial way, but...am not ready to "bet the farm" on this until something more glaring and conclusive presents itself. It's generally good to be openminded, but I think we're a ways away from a smoking gun, unless someone somewhere is hiding or hasn't disclosed something.

Have heard about this incident before, via YouTube paranormal channels. Will have to watch that documentary at some point.

Have also heard before that theory that "the grays" are, vaguely, humanoids of the future. The argument put forth is that they are bi-peds like us, with similar proportions (aside from those large eyes and noggins) and might be some distant evolutionary cousin. I think we would have to live in a way less conflict-bound society though for it to be advantageous (in a survival of the fittest kind of way) for us to shed so much muscle mass.

At this point in time I would consider last Friday's revelation a smouldering gun. There is more that is conclusively known, but for various reasons can't be disclosed. I realize how that makes me appear but I don't give a shit. Besides, life is a lot more exciting this way.

As for the Grays business I agree with you. I also believe that the craft people are seeing are interdimensional. Not necessarily out there, but in here. So much that is unknown that it's foolish not to keep looking, investigating, and shedding the ridiculous notion that this is a fool's game we are playing.
