It's rather comical for sure. It makes me want to see a group of North Korean kids performing it in one of the massive accordion ensembles they seem to have over there.

In the typical rock/blues/folk context I tend to find it pretty annoying. Yes, even in the Wizard.

But then... the heavy, reedy sound of the bass harmonica in Beach Boys/Dennis Wilson tracks is trippy and sounds totally awesome.
If we're talking about creepy giallo vibes; a la Once Upon a Time in the West, again totally awesome.

COOL, but yeah, waffles.

I'm afraid my gig doesn't afford me much opportunity for anything other than pentatonic noodling. I did pick up a chromatic harp and have been working on more precision playing than just drawn out trills and money notes.
