Booksmart (2019). Christ, I can't stand movies being this self-conscious.
Why do you want do bang a chick that was just mean to you? On the other hand most of the people here I'd rather not spend time with.
The teacher was hot.
I really need to stop watch these coming-of-age movies. They trigger me so hard. I get wistful and depressed even with the stupid and superficial ones. But there are so many of them!

Re: Movies you have watched thread.
54I watched for the first time the other day Nicholas Roeg's Eureka. Like a lot of his films, narrative coherence and exposition are not its strongest selling points. It's also not one of his best efforts. I'd go so far as to call it a bad film, but it is often bad in an interesting way--there are certain scenes and images that left quite an impression.
This is a killer double feature.seby wrote: Mon Aug 30, 2021 4:45 pm Russian Ark and L’Inferno double up on Sunday night. They made for and excellent pairing!

Re: Movies you have watched thread.
56David Byrne's American Utopia was really good. If you consider it a movie. I did. And it was warm around my heart watching it.
Nothing major here. Just a regular EU cock. I pull it out and there is beans all over my penis. Bean shells all over my penis...

57La Haine - Very good, raw and honest. The type of movie I want to see made about my own country, where such subjects tend to be rendered in a detached, preachy and/or sensationalist manner. The only thing I didn't like about La Haine was the ending, which felt overdramatic compared to the rest of the movie.

58I took French classes in college, and the instructor showed this movie one day. I agree, it's very good.kokorodoko wrote: Fri Sep 03, 2021 10:11 am La Haine - Very good, raw and honest. "Whatever happened to that album?"

59Dune. 159 minutes I'm not getting back. Can't believe I've given Villneuve yet another chance to tell a story, yet here we are.

haha it's obvi from easy a and the one episode of that girl we owned on vhs where they came up with newgirl
i finally watched the sopranos after being forbidden my whole life lol and i gotta say first of all the ending duh meadows pregs.. they didn't know how to end the show in real life it's a character examination and they needed eugene levy style character forming sctv had like they explained on the after show to schitts creek and then you know where the character is and the real story pretty much .. the sopranos we've seen tony die when he was between realms after getting shot so the end of the show that wasn't tony dying it was simply the end of the reel like they were reading someone's diary and reached the last page and didn't find the next volume lol otherwise they would've really milked it but the truth is the sopranos is an examination of that special time in a man's life before grandparenthood like you have to see it to know that kinda midlife man thing after your kids are older and there no diapers and baby joy the whole show is about those ducks he was missing pure joy he loved his kids but aj was in the teen years when they're fighting against you and it's not until your kids are grown and rounded out like meadow who was late to dinner and drove separate because she was switching birth control was the excuse she gave her mom for why she had a gynecologist appointment and would be late to dinner but really scheduled that appointment to confirm she's going to be a mom so she could announce it at dinner that'd be how she'd do it .. the series teases a hit on tony that's because you all knew it was the end so they wanted you on the edge of your seat almost wanting to see it ya sick abstracts lol yeah that bland khaki guy was going to shoot tony uh it's called no only his family could truly hurt him all the series we've seen him go about his life and then some beige guy that was a tease it's this moment that he sees meadow enter the door prob before a smile and tells them she's pregnant it should've been and that's why parking made her so nervous that entire journey song parallel parking omg lol and then in real life when you see those guys who are so proud to be a grandpa they love their grandkids and there's this renewed joy in life after a period of whatevsness that's the gift meadow gave tony she made tony the godfather part 2 running around his yard with his grandkids the babies will be the new ducks that bring tony joy and carmellamentions wanting more kids because as going to college and doesn't want tony getting the goomars pregs but it's because carmellais ready to be a grandmathat's why she's inventing projects that whole speck house lol they didn't keep the show going but that would've been the life .. and then they tried to make mad men and it had no point but it looked pretty haha but thanks for everything sopranos the rest of media the past 20 years..
