At least maybe it will mostly stay in this thread. That said, I'm probably going to stick to the tech room these days.losthighway wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 1:50 pm Even with troll-induced derailments, the political discourse here is refreshingly superior to most of the internet. Seconded, Janeway. Maybe brevity, and, in due time...punctuation, will become your strong suits.
But, yeah, deprogramming whitey, that's all well and good. But some of us need it more than others. It really can't be overestimated how regressive certain segments of the American populace are in terms of reckoning with basic facts at this point. Don't hold your breath.

haha yes that's how i wanted it *(edit:assumed typo)
and others it's true i'm my best self when i have special silent bob moments.. i call it silent boobs, holy boobs but also don't be a boob about deprogramming we all have to look inward if our actions give the impression of needing racial fine tuning and that's all of us you don't get to say you're good and not wonder so i can be your cute girl but i have to post more beyond that when there's posts that show if some fms aren't feeling the love

no it's not lol i thought you made a typo saying de-program and im like that was the joke buddy then i looked up that wordjaneway wrote:haha yes that's how i wanted it
brevity is for putting on airs to be quippy and enjoyable, if you want cute jane get along case closed ..case reopened brevity is stylish and great when it's done well .. punctuation slows me down though while im typing off the top of my head so you get what makes it's way there because we don't think in terms of commas and finishing a sentence rather than an idea

140Hey now, don't rush the lady. Tight zingers don't need too much punctuation anyway.DaveA wrote: Tue Oct 12, 2021 11:31 pm
