What the?

I really want to know how this got made. Like the full backstory behind the solo record deal, and the conceptualization of the video, how much it cost to make and how much money was lost. I don't remember this at all from 80s MTV and I watched all of it. Fascinating.

Holy shit. Yeah. I want to know all of that too. WHYYYYYY?!!!!!

According to Wikipedia that video cost $500K.

It should also be noted that Luis had the Guinness record for an 114 piece drum kit.

Putting Phyllis Diller aside for a moment, I think we can start drawing a correlation between pet tigers and tom abuse.

Seriously though, other than Latin, funk, or other groove based music, I don't see excess tuned drums contributing to the musicality of rock music, and unless you're triggering shit you can only beat two at a time anyways.
