I was tempted to grab his hat and toss it on the tracks when the train came to the next station. But then I came to the realization that to do so would have amounted to the same thing as arguing with a homeless person who is ranting at some unseen phantom.

Then it would have been me that was the jagoff.
No idea what it is about the train that makes people act like complete jagbags.
Trains are bad. Planes can be equally bad, too. I haven't been on any flights that were required to be diverted, but the entitled behavior and general assholery that pervades commercial flights requires heavy sedation.

It's all but a national pastime here for most of us not to mind our own business. Combine that with economic downturn, poor/sometimes non-existent social services, and our knack for resentment/making mountains out of molehills, and you'll have a lot of people losing their shit. The pandemic has exacerbated this. Like, every other day there's some headline about someone flipping out on a jet flight, sometimes enough to cause the flight to end before reaching its destination. If I lived in somewhere like Japan, I probably wouldn't be that eager to come here.

Sorry to hear that. Get well.

Anyway...

My grievance is that I think Tucker Carlson, who we all know is a terrible individual, needs to stop clutching at straws with AOC.

You. Yeah, you. Person reading this. You can't hold speed worth a shit. You don't understand the concept of hills. You need to start using use cruise control any time you are on the highway. Your car probably has it, so use it and stop pissing off those of us who can figure out "hill go up pedal go in hill go down pedal go out." Or, at the very least, stay in the right lane where you belong. Thanks!

I'm so fucking tired of record labels not denoting which side is A and which is B, forcing me to hold the record up against a light at the angle that allows to read the runout info.

When did this become a thing? What's the point/reason for not providing this information?

Wait, don't answer that. There is no reason, no point. Whatever you say I won't believe you.

If you do this, fuck off.

Finally get my life back together and this Putin cunt brings us to the brink of nuclear war. I hope someone has the good sense to shoot him. Balls first, head second.

*This post is in no way intended to minimize the very real fact that the people of Ukraine are currently in the line of fire or to imply that my problems or life are somehow more important, but Jesus - could this have waited at least a few more years?
