What do you think? Will they disband, or will they replace T-Hawk? If they replace him, will it be with a seasoned session person, a non-industry drummer like one of those Youtube kids, a big name celeb drummer (or a revolving cast of celebrity guests like Jeopardy), William Goldsmith, or FM David Grohl himself? (Hi Dave, and sorry for your loss.)
You can change your vote, but once they make a definite publicized decision I will close the poll.
(Posting it here because it's not a C/NC, and because I've been chided for posting polls in GenDisc)
Re: Will Foo Fighters go on, and if so, how?
3I voted “celebrity drummer”.
Dave Grohl isn’t done, and he’s too synonymous with “Foo Fighters” for it to make sense to rebrand.
There will be plenty of well-known drummers willing to play for him.

4Of course they will go on.. Grohl's way too much of a narcissist to stop.
I think they'll get some overqualified powerhouse drummer the same way QOTSA got Jon Theodore. Hell, maybe FFs will scoop him up..

6It would actually make a lot of sense for Grohl to ask Pete Moffett: DC hardcore connection, great drummer and backing vocalist, not currently up to much other than occasionally backing J. Robbins, as far as I know.
But watch them get Tommy Lee or some shit..
