Fall is finally here

I am adopting my mother's dog and taking him back to Sweden. He's thirteen, it's a good place to be a dog, and I will spoil him rotten.

Brother and sister, 3 and a half years old, rescue cats but only rescued from my old next door neighbour who was 'breeding' kittens. A total shitshow. Lots of misguided intentions and resulting animal cruelty. Someone apparently came to pick up a whole litter of newborns and these 2 escaped for the day so didn't get taken. I came back from watching England get knocked out of the World Cup, failed to successfully close my own front door and woke up on my sofa with these 2 fast asleep with me. And that was that - they moved in. They are fine, fine beasts.
We're moving to the countryside soon, I'm dreading how they're going to take the move but assuming they're OK we're looking to get a dog. Seems a waste to be somewhere rural, going for walks every day without having a dog to share it with.

12 years with this guy and we've finally embraced froofy poodlism. Yes I am 90 years old..
