If you don't know, then I'm going to assume that you don't.

You'll either need to buy a separate amplifier (like an AV receiver) and passive speakers, or active speakers with the amplifier integrated.

For $200, you should be able to find something like a used pair of JBL 305P mkII active monitors.

Not trying to be a prick here, but why would you want to spend $200 on speakers for a $45 Crosley suitcase turntable? If I were you, I'd spend a hundred or so bucks on an entry level turntable like an Audio Technica or something, another hundred on a decent receiver (gotta get one with a phono input) and then an inexpensive set of bookshelf speakers. Those Crosleys are more of a novelty and they're not good for your records. Usually really cheap irregular styli, way too much weight on the head shell, etc. And yes, go to the hifi thread in GD. You'll get lots more answers.

The turntable was a wedding gift, I don't know how much it cost. I'll go to the other thread.

Congratulations on your wedding!! I've got one of those little Crosley AM/FM/Bluetooth guys in my kitchen and I love how small it is, but their record players are akin to a fisher price 'my first record player'. Nostalgia and whatnot. If you're using it to listen to your old records that are already a bit battered and well loved, by all means have at it.

Ease of use is paramount with products like this and there isn't much thought to fidelity or QC. Which is obviously fine for some things, but if you've got treasured/rare/$$ records you might not want to play them much on the Crosley. If the stylus drags weirdly or there is too much weight on it, it can put some rough miles on an album pretty quickly.

Can someone recommend me a Midi keyboard that is decent enough for a poser keyboardist. I want to upgrade from my POS Akai mini for use in my DAW. I'd prefer something with ~60 key, weighted.

I bought a Music Man amp, am having fixed up, and the repair guy says I should consider new speakers, b/c the ones I have are kind of rusty.

Are Celestions the best brand to go with? Does the kind of sound you're going after make a difference? Are new speakers easy to install? Budget is $500.

My very general answer for what can probably fairly be described as a 'clean Fender style amp' would be something from the Eminence Patriot line, which can be had for a good price (a 2x12 doesn't need to cost more than $200 to re-speaker).

FWIW - rust should have very little effect on the speakers. I say if they work and don't sound bad, there's no real reason to change them unless you are chasing a certain sound. That said, Celestion make great speakers and typically sound "British" which loosely means more mid focus with pleasant speaker breakup. They are also on the higher $ end. Your amp likely had more "American" sounding speakers, which loosely means a more scooped hi-fi sound. Eminence makes great speakers too in both camps. Warehouse Guitar Speakers make clones of popular british and american sounding speakers and I personally think they are an excellent choice. Not sure which MM amp you have, but if you get speakers, make sure the impedance matches what the original were, and at MINIMUM get enough watts to cover what your amp's RMS rating is. Ideally closer to double that, especially if you are running the thing over half on the volumes.

But again, I'm a firm believe in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Having said that, speakers can make a huge difference in how an amp sounds.
