Revisiting Photoshop and vector drawing after a 20+ year hiatus, it's remarkable how little has changed. 12Acorn (https://flyingmeat.com/acorn/) is a decent cheap replacement for the raster manipulation aspects of Photoshop. (Not so great for creating graphics)
